Ring Home Plan
Can't subscribe to Protect plan.
When I try to subscribe to a protect plan by clicking on the subscribe button, the website loops back to the dashboard, over and over and over. I'm not on a trial period. How can I purchase?

I'm having this same issue. When I click on the protect plans tab, instead of loading that page, it goes back to the dashboard. I have tried multiple browsers on multiple devices and they are all the same. Very frustrating!

CHi @user_0e12eb. There are some suggestions from Tom's reply above that might help, as well as information on how to contact support. I also want to note that you must have a Ring device set up on your account to purchase a Ring Protect plan.

Hi @user_4d2bfc. What browser are you using? Have you tried a different browser? Maybe try using an incognito tab? I'm not sure why this wouldn't be working, so maybe making some adjustments might do the trick. This article here has the steps you can take.
