Hello,I signed up for Ring Protect basic for a wrong device. Within a couple of hours I realized and chatted with an agent to transfer my plan to the right device. He said the only way was to cancel the subscription for the wrong device and enroll in the right one which he did. He however did not give me a full refund for XXXX but only 45 after deducting for one whole month! When I mentioned that within a couple of hours it was fixed and I needed to get a full refund, he obliged and said he would process for full refund. However I see a charge for one whole month which is not fair. Please process the full refund for the month that I never used Ring service.
