Hi @user_dfc94b. If you're referring to the two-way audio, which can be activated on the Live View, this doesn't require a plan at all. The Ring Doorbell just needs to be set up in the Ring app and connected to wifi for you to activate Live View and speak with visitors. A Ring Home plan does offer extra features though, which you can learn more about here.
