QR code on wired pro spotlight

Question

Did a hard reset & it asks for QR code. Don’t have & it’s not on the unit

Hi @hill35. After resetting a Ring device, you will need to set it up in the Ring app again, which is why you're prompted to scan the QR code. This QR code should be located on the camera itself. Do you have the camera on hand, or is it still installed? With the Spotlight Cam Pro Wired, the QR code is underneath the ball joint plate, which can be removed after you take the battery compartment cover off.
