Setting zones

Lost power and apparently lost zones. The “Save” does not work when I hit it after setting zones. When I hit the return arrow warns that all info will be lost. The screens with the zone setying don’t look quite the same as before lost power

Hi @Johnguam69. Can you clarify what you mean when you say that hitting the "Save" button doesn't work? Does it give you an error message or is the "Save" button grayed out? Try uninstalling the Ring App, restarting your phone, and reinstalling the RIng App before attempting to edit the Motion Zones again. This should do the trick, but if it doesn't, feel free to attach a screenshot of what happens when you try to save any edits to your Motion Zones.

I can save zones but when I then tap on a zone the little "x" does not pop up so I cannot turn off a specific zone. I have to go to devise and shut motion detection off turning off ALL zones. The font and zones look different. Firmware is up to date.

@Johnguam69 Would you be able to share a screenshot of what you're seeing when you tap on a Motion Zone to delete it? You might find some helpful tips regarding Motion Zones in this Help Center Article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/210243483-Utilizing-Motion-Zones-with-your-Ring-Devices) as well.

I'm not trying to "delete" the zones. It used to be, if I tapped on a zone, a small "x" would pop up in the lower left han side of the screen. If I tapped on it, the "x" would disappear and the stop the motion alerts for that specific zone. If I tapped on that zone again, it would pop back up, I could tap it and make the "x" reappear at which time it would start giving alerts for that specific zone. I tap now and nothing comes up to let me activate or deactivate motion alerts for specific zones

I'm also having this issue. I can no longer enable or disable specific zones. I used to have a zone that I only activated during the night but this is no longer possible unless I delete the zone in the morning and re-create it every night.Previously I was able to have multiple zones and which I could enable or disable individually as required. When disabled, the zones were still there but greyed out and I could just turn them on again.
