Ring camera not working on family hub on Samsung refrigerator

I have a brand new Samsung refrigerator with the family hub, the ring camera worked for the first day and showed the live view and it no longer will go to live view. It just keeps trying to connect and makes a clicking sound, but it’s recording missed rings. I am not finding a way to uninstall the app and reinstall it either the only thing I could do is sign out and sign back in. Is there a solution for this?
