Hi @shinyhappyhead. Depending on how long ago you canceled this delivery, it may take some processing time on Amazon's end before it no longer shows in the Ring App. I'd recommend giving it some processing time to fully cancel out and monitoring the Ring App to see if the canceled delivery falls off. :)
