Ring app not ringing on Xiaomi 11T phone

Hi everyone.I have recently changed my cell phone to the Xiaomi 11T. Ever since changing to this cell phone the ring app is not ringing when someone uses the ring doorbell. I am not getting any notifications on my new cell phone. Does anyone have a fix for this? Thanks in advance
