I have a defective Ring Spotlight Cam Plus, Plug-in and am going to replace it with a new Ring Spotlight Cam Plus, Plug-in. After I complete the Hardware replacement, I want to replace it with the same name as the old device and keep all the data and settings from the old device. How do I do this in the Ring App?

Hi @Toligar. No, you will not be able to transfer the data and settings from your previous camera to the new one.
