Post Keeps Getting Removed From Neighbors App
neighbors

I have a video of 2 men walking through neighbors yard doing something to water spigots I wanted to post but it keeps getting removed. I have contacted the water department and they said it was not them. I am just curious to who these people are and what they are doing. I have posted the video about 6 different times modifying the content each time. I get a generic email from Ring saying it was removed and if I feel like it was an error to reply to the email. I have replied to the email several times over 24 hours ago and have not gotten any response. I'm not sure what the point of the neighbors app is if we can't post to it. A few weeks ago a similar video was posted of a man walking in someone's backyard looking at their fence, so I'm confused why my video keeps getting removed.

Hi @akidd311. As this is a neighbor-to-neighbor forum, we wouldn't be able to look into this. For any questions on why your post was removed, you'll need to follow up directly via the email you received. It may take 24-48 business hours for the team to respond, but they're the ones who will have more information to share regarding your post. :)

You can't reply to that email address. It's a NO-REPLY address!

Same problem here. The email address you respond to, or reply to, is a NO-REPLY address. Stupid, right? I was told to email Communityalerts@ring.com or Neighborssupport@ring.com. Good luck!
