Notification previews

Updated the Ring app on 4/3/25, since then I have not been getting the video previews on my alerts. When I get a notification I have to go into the app to see the video. My push notifications are turned on, I do not have the video encryption turned on. Everything the forums say to do to troubleshoot, I have done and still no video preview. Anyone else have this issue and know how to fix it? It's getting a little annoying getting notifications and having to look up my camera every time.
