No connection to PC app

Successfully installed Ring Wired doorbell; works on my smartphone app without problems and is working with Ring plug-in chime. Also have Plug-up Ring video outdoor camera on back porch. Both the chime and plug-up devices show up on my PC app but not the doorbell. All three devices show up on my router manager app. How do I connect my doorbell to my PC Ring app?
