No audible sound with door bell and motion

Hi, I have a ring always home, the system worked perfect on my Nokia Lumia 530 , it also works fine on my wife's Huawei P30. I now have a Huawei P40 Lite E. The app has been accepted but I can’t receive audible security notifications, it registers in the history when the bell rings and when there’s motion.
