This is NOT an improvement and does not just allow for a "swipe" to access devices. I used to have my devices at the top, where I could, without swiping or scrolling, see my door locks and thermostat. Now you have to scroll past your cameras to even get a visual of the door is locked, or control these devices. This is AWFUL, please change it back or allow users to move the sections so that devices can go back above cameras.

Terrible "improvements" when they sacrifice usability and functionality. We're not sitting in our car scrolling through the ring app for fun and to see whats new. We want lights on, doors opened, camera usage, etc..

Is there no longer a number shown in the cameras tiles for how many activities missed since last opened? Now when I open the app I have to scroll back through the timeline to see if I missed anything. Where did the little red bubble with the number of activities that was on the camera tile go? Please tell me I am just missing this somewhere. Having to click each camera to see IF I missed anything and not WHAT I missed is horrible design. (And no, notices is not a good replacement).

Me too! It's ridiculous now to have to look through every camera I have to see activity, how silly is that?

This feature of seeing how many missed events on each camera was a must. No longer having that feature will force me not to renew my subscription. Ring just made it harder for me and the security of my properties. Who thought this would be acceptable to end users. Guess loosing customers will make Ring think twice

I've had this problem since the November update. I've been hoping that this update on 12/18 would fix it but still no. Very disappointed. The dashboard is nearly useless now without the alert counts showing.

It’s a scam. They want you buy another device. I have never been able control my lights since.
