Live view works from some devices not others

Hi All,Got a Ring doorbell pro, got it all setup, and everything was working fine on the first day. Where it stands now, I'm unable to view live feeds on my Android One Plus 6T, android 9, app version 3.21.1, and the doorbell says "up to date" for firmware.Wireless coverage is at -66 dBm, internet speeds are 200 down/20 up, if not more.From my Echo Show, no issues whatsoever, however from my cell phone, the live view times out. My wife has no issues on her phone. The Ring app on my Macbook shows the same behavior as my cell.I get alerts, I can go back and replay just fine on my phone. Is the OPO 6T a supported device?
