Is there a way to change the date format?

I am in Australia and find looking at the American date/time format confusing. Is there any way of changing it?

Hey @csutak40. Are you trying to change the date and timestamp in the video, or elsewhere in the Ring app? Feel free to take a screenshot of what you're liking to change and I'll be able to let you know!

Every other Forum I am a member of, allows one to set the country and time zone. I can't find such settings here. So, the attached should show as 4/8/2020, as that is how we show the date in Australia. I am sure the time is incorrect as well, but I don't know what that time should be

@csutak40 Thank you for getting back to me! You can definitely change the time and date format. To change the time to your correct timezone and the date to the proper format, you will follow these steps: - Select your profile picture at the top right from the Community site - Select My Settings and then Preferences - To adjust the time zone, select your Time zone from here and then hit save at the bottom - To adjust the date format, select the drop down menu under Preference Options and select Display - Under Display and then under Date display format, change it from MM-dd-yyyy and instead type in dd-MM-yyyy and hit save at the bottom This should help you adjust the forum to show the date and time stamps as they should be! Hope this helps. :)

Hi @ringy123. If you're referring to the time that is listed in the Ring App for when an event takes place, this is based on the time zone that your phone is currently operating on. You can change this in your phone's settings. :)
