Invited to be shared user, nothing in account

Hi all! My daughter recently bought a Ring doorbell for the house and sent me an invite by e-mail. I have my own account set up on the e-mail address that the invite was sent to and, upon clicking the ‘Manage Access’ button on the invite, it takes me into my account and to the Shared Users page but I just see:Locations (Owner)No location foundLocations (Shared)No location foundwith no option to do anything else.Have we missed something?
