I shared with my spouse but he cant see it

Hello, I followed everything in the tutorials to add a shared user, my spouse, to the ring doorbell. He has an account setup, i sent the invite, he accepted the invite, and i double checked everything. We did everything correctly but he does not see anything on his end at all like it never connected. We even tried removing and re-adding him and nothing changed.

Hi @Aisling. If he has accepted the [Shared Users](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/211018223-How-to-Add-Another-Person-to-Your-Ring-Account) invite correctly, he should be able to view device in his Ring app. First, check to see if he is on the correct [Location](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005039983). Next, under the Shared Access menu, does it show that he has access to all devices?
