I have my sister access to be a shared user. Since she has been , she has been getting notifications for my house but none for her own. It seems her system is no longer working ?

Hi @Kins78. What type of phone does your sister have, and what version of the Ring app is installed. Adding a Shared User account should not prohibit notifications from an Owner account.
