How To Delete A Deactivated Device

I've seen this answered on this sub, and Ring even sent an email stating how to do it. But their own instructions do not mirror what I'm seeing in real life. I've included their instructions below and a screenshot of my own experience, where I'm not seeing the red circle that has been instructed to select. Does anyone have any solutions here?------------------Manually remove your device sooner.If you finished downloading your videos and no longer need to access your device, you can remove it now.Open the Ring App, tap ☰, and choose Devices.Select the deactivated device you wish to remove.Tap the Deactivated Device icon in the lower right corner of the device image. (I DO NOT HAVE THIS ICON)Select Remove This Device.
