Car Cam stopped working

My car cam stopped working and the blue light will stay on. Tried to reset the device, unplugged it and called customer service. They told me it must be the device since it is in a stuck pattern. No fix was given was offered a 35% warranty code. But I want this device to work or be refunded for the device since I paid a pretty penny and got no longevity from it. The device won't connect to Wifi, and the blue light will stay on for hours and get hot. I even pay for the plan for the device not to work or get a replacement.

Hi @user_4c3f45. Unfortunately, the Ring Car Cam is no longer available. If you are no longer in warranty with the Ring Car Cam, there aren't many options available. Thank you for understanding.
