Can’t find Five digit code under QR code

I just installed a certified refurbished wired doorbell and while trying to set up the app it asks for a 5 digit code. There is not one underneath the QR code like the app says, I have even tried to remove the sticker to see if it’s under there. It’s not. I’ve tried setting it up without scanning and the same problem happens. It just asks for a code after selecting the device.

    Hi @user19577. I would check the the box to see if there is an insert that contains the 5 digit pin. It can sometimes shift during shipping and become hidden in the box.
