Ring App
Black screen issue
Please, I need assistance with my Ring doorbell. My app's live view screen is black when I access it. I've tried every troubleshooting step on the Ring App, but the screen is still dark. Please, does anyone have suggestions?

Sadly I was on phone with support for an hour. Nothing got fixed, near the end of our conversation the tech said my iphoneXR must not be new enough for the app update. Everything works great besides my Ring doorbell since the new app update earlier today. Sadly I told them to cancel my yearly subscription. Strange thing is, she had me delete the app and reinstall. After doing so I could only sign on on Safari. The Ring App would not sign in. Gave up trashing it and finding new security.

I have exactly the same problem. Working fine on iOS but has stopped working on Android. Replay of the live view is fine UPDATE - only seems to be an issue in portrait mode. Rotating the phone it showed after a few seconds
