Being able to view live feed for longer than 10 minutes
There is a 10 minute timeout when viewing the live feed. Like many Ring camera owners, I was not aware that this was a limitation until after trying to view live feed to monitor for suspicious people. Looking for this to be extended as this creates a security visibility gap. Extended Live View records Live View for up to 30 minutes at a time on compatible Ring devices with a Ring Home Standard or Premium plan. You can learn more here https://ring.com/support/articles/r5336/extended-live-view. Continuous Live View is also available on select devices with a Ring Home Premium plan.
