App logouts

I have Ring doorbell button for probably 2 years. Don't really remember by now. And it basically works (or should I say - malfunctions) the same way all this time. I have app installed on iPhone, paid account. Receiving alerts, no issues there. Usually someone is always at home so alerts do not bother me. But every time I actually need to see what is going on the app is asking for login. Literally - every time. And when I login it says "Ring account was signed in to on a new device". How is it possible if I am receiving alerts on this device and I signed in with this device many times? Please, fix your app as it does not work in those moments when it is critical for it to work.

Hi @dimulec. The Ring App should not be automatically signing you out. Try uninstalling the Ring App, restarting your phone, and reinstalling the Ring App to ensure the current version is properly installed. Additionally, make sure if you have a VPN, it is disabled as that will impact your ability to access the Ring App. If this concern continues to persist, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406). They can help take a closer look to make sure there are no settings on your phone causing the Ring App to automatically sign you out. We’re taking additional steps to protect our team and help reduce the spread of COVID-19, so this has resulted in longer than normal wait times. If you are outside of the US, please read our response to COVID-19 [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360041597471) to see how to contact support.
