App keeps telling me device offline

Been happening quite frequent lately, I have full wifi strength along with full 5g bars. Last I checked my stickup cams rss was 37. Why does this app keep telling me my device (meaning my phone) is offline or in airplane mode when it's clearly not? All the while I still get notifications but cannot access live view and the camera records nothing. Wonderful thing to happen in the middle of the night when numerous break ins and car thefts happen every single night in just a 3 mile radius.
