Hi @user_e7a763. What type of phone/OS and what version of the Ring app is installed? What specific settings don't work and what have you attempted to correct this? Make sure that your Ring app is up to date and let me know what type of device you have.

Hi @user_e7a763. If you are unable to access individual camera settings, this points to you being logged in as a Shared User. Is it possible the devices were set up using a different email than the email you are currently logged in to? Also, what version of the Ring app is installed?
