Android - only receive notifications when phone is unlocked

This started a week or so ago and unsure if its related to the Motion Alerts slider issue so many have commented on. I’ll only get alerts once I unlock my phone, then the alert which should have come through at the time of occurrence pops up. Im on Android 13 and Ring app version XXXX. All notifications regarding the Ring app are set to on including the Lock Screen notification. Ive cleared the cache, the data, removed the app, restarted the phone, then reinstalled the app but issue remains. I then ensure the battery use for the app was set to Unrestricted but still, it will only show a notification when I unlock my phone. Also, my wifi signal is good so please don’t go there and the doorbell (Doorbell Pro 2) is online. Any suggestions?
