Android App, Create Post not loading Media after initial load

I’m not able to share photos in a post on the android app. The first time it loads “All Media” to choose a photo, it works. But if I select “Screenshots” or “Messages”, it won’t work. Then if I go back to “All Media”, it won’t work anymore as well.

Hi @Doorty. I would recommend checking to make sure your Ring app is up-to-date with the latest update. If it is up-to-date, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Ring app on your phone to see if it helps. It will have you log back into your account when you open the Ring app after installing it again. You also want to make sure your phone is compatible with the latest version of the Ring app before uninstalling it, or else you will not be able to reinstall the app. If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
