Alert tones

Where do I find the settings for alert tones? The video works well, but I am not getting an alert sound on my iPhone.

    Hi @RC4. This feature can be found in the Ring app by following these steps- Menu \> Devices \> (Ring Device) \> Device Settings \> Alert Settings \> App Alert Tones. If you're having trouble getting this to work, try uninstalling the Ring app, powering your phone off and on, then reinstalling the Ring app. Once reinstalled, try your notifications again!
