Window sensors to new windows

I am replacing some of the windows in my home with new windows. Can I remove the old sensors and reuse them somehow? This is assuming I can get them off the old windows without breaking them. Would any double sided tape work to attach them? I know these are kinda stupid questions but I really don't want to shell out another $200 for sensors on top of the cost of my current renovations.
