Window Sensors loosing battery fast

I have Ring Security System 2nd Gen. 3 of my window sensors loose battery very fast, within 4-5 weeks. These windows are hardly ever opened. I never had this issue with the security systems (ADT and Xfinity) that were installed previously in my house, the batteries in their sensors lasted over the 3 year contract I had with each of them. Are the sensor's bad? I have 14 sensors in my house only 3 have this issue.
