Hi @KyleW91. You should be presented with a prompt to reconnect your Base Station to wifi when the app notifies you that it's offline. If not, try walking through the steps under Set Up a Device to see if you can complete a new setup to connect your Base Station to your new wifi network. Should these options not work, and you're unable to connect your Base Station to your new network, please follow up with our [support team](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406#callus) for more in-depth assistance. Make sure to request to speak with the Ring Alarm team specifically.
