Two ring cameras, one records event and sometimes other one doesn't

Question

I have two ring cameras and a lot of times one camera picks up movement but the other won't within same event. All my settings are properly set correctly based on response to other complaints. My cameras are older ones and wondering if I need to upgrade them.

Hi @Keith64. Are these two cameras installed in the same location? If they aren't, they won't necessarily detect motion the same way. You can adjust the Motion Zones and Motion Sensitivity as needed. Another option is to use the Linked Devices feature, so when one camera detects motion, the other begins recording as well.
