Ring Pro internal Battery Replacement.

How long should the internal battery for the Ring Pro last? Also If I would need to order one where could I get one.

    Hi @itgoes211. The Wired Doorbell Pro is a hardwired Doorbell and does not have a battery that you can replace. Can you check what exact Doorbell model you have? This information can be found in your Doorbells Device Health Settings page.
