Ring Keypad gen 2 not charging?

Question

Recently my keypad battery went flat for the first time, so I removed it from its cradle to charge. The device doesn’t seem to charge even after reset. Any ideas?

Hi @David9126. Make sure your plugging the Keypad into a standard power outlet using the provided power adapter. The battery light should blink green to indicate it's charging when it's properly plugged in.
