Power cord voltage says 5 VDC, but when I measure with a calibrated Volt Meter it reads 6.2 VDC, is that a problem?

    Hi @MarcAlva. Are you asking about the power cord for the Base Station or the Keypad? As long as you are plugging the power cord for either Ring alarm component into a standard power outlet, there shouldn't be any issues.

      The base station, I was not sure if a reading of 1.2 V higher could damage the base.
