Parent's House / Set Up and Maange Ring Alarm Kit

Hey everyone, I am planning to purchase a Ring Alarm Kit (Size L) for my parents. However, I am wondering whether the set-up procedure should be done with one of their phones / accounts or if it could be also done with my phone / Amazon and Ring account.I no longer live with them and I would find it easier to set up everything on my end once I am there - however, I am unsure whether the system needs to be associated / connected to a phone present in the household. In general, are there limitations if I set everything with my personal devices and leave to them just the 'physical' devices (i.e., sensors and pads)!? For example:  - How will they be able to activate / deactivate the alarm?- Is it needed a Ring Account to access specific features?  Any suggestion is appreciated.
