No Confirmation Call Received

We had a false alarm at 0335 on Jul 4, 2022. I disarmed it, but never received a confirmation call. I did have (and still do) Confirmation Call enabled. I have the Professional Monitoring plan. I expected a confirmation call or a response by Aransas County Sheriff's Department patrol(s). Why did I NOT receive any sort of response? (This makes me think I may have chosen the WRONG Security System.)
