My Alarm Range Extender is Faulty

After 2 months my Range Extender stopped working. The LED’s don’t work. Changed numerous power points still the same. Bought as part of a 5 piece kit from Amazon.de as I live in Cyprus. Tried Amazon and Ring to replace but all routes seem closed! Please can someone advise me what to do. It is still under replacement guarantee but no one seems to want to help. Hi @Christofis. I double-checked, and the Ring Alarm system is intended to work in Cyprus, so our support team should be able to assist with any devices not working. If you haven't tried it yet, I would recommend resetting the Range Extender and trying to set it back up in the Ring App to see if that resolves this concern.
