Low battery warning - every minute!?!

My motion sensors battery warning came on this morning. Which is fine. But the ring alarm sends me an email alert, app alert and makes a tone on the main alarm. Every minute!!! Who thought this was a good idea?? Send one alert that the battery is low. Perhaps every day. But not every minute. It’s spammed my email inbox and a 6:30 am I’m not going to go and change the batteries. Please can someone fix this alerting setting. It is absurd to keep alerting without giving me any way to silence the alerts.

Hi @user82834. That notification definitely shouldn’t be sent that frequently. In the Ring app, navigate to Settings > Alert Settings > Alarm > Email, and try toggling the Low Battery option off then on. Repeat the same steps for push notifications if the issue affects those as well.
