Louder Siren Integration

Does anyone know if by chance there are any devices other than the DOME z-wave add-on that are loud. We have the base station on one side of the house and the dome on the other with the range extender in the middle. The issue is when the alarm sounds the sirens can not be heard by the driveway not 10 feet from our door. Even in certain parts of the house its barely audible. Im looking for a siren similar to that of a traditional alarm. Thank you for yalls help!
