Lawsuit then price increase now Ring App not working

I was the walking advertisement for Ring. But since the IOS 18 Update, Ring App didn’t work. I have called me less than 5 times, on the phone no less than 32 minutes and no one is honest enough to tell what is really happening. I have performed every action online and while in the phone with Ring customer service (turned off circuit breaker, deleted and reinstalled App, tried to use another device, turned off iPhone, etc, etc) and nothing works. I even sent screenshots to Ring as I was talking to them. Is it a coincidence with the lawsuit, now you are held hostage by Ring with your devices? I had purchased the Ring alarm 5 weeks ago and will not install. Ring and Amazon, where are your morals, ethics and transparency? We will just wait until the media gets hold of this and then we can get resolutions and fixes.
