Door contact going offline

Hi I have one door contact 2nd generation that keeps going offline, I’ve removed it from the system, reset the door contact and added it in the system a few time but still keeps going offline can anyone help please

Hello user6259 Things that you could try is:- * Checking / replacing battery in the contact sensor * Swapping the contact sensor for a known good * Adding a range extender to boost the signal for the contact sensor Hopefully this may help find a resolve your issues
