Contact sensor problems

I've got two contact sensors acting up on my Ring alarm. 1. A little while back one started chiming constantly when the door is open (the "bing bing" sound when you open the door... it just does it every few seconds). To be more specific, it only happens intermittently AND the time between chimes varies. I've tried removing it from the base station via the app and re-adding it, and it still does it. 2. The other sensor keeps going offline. I couldn't get it to reconnect, or re-add (after removing), so I replaced the battery. At that point it said "tampered", and wouldn't clear that message, but it did reconnect. But then it still woke me at 2:00 AM saying it was "offline" again. I've tried to go to the "chat with us" option in the Support page and it only redirects me here, to Community.
