Can the Ring alarm be remotely activated and deactived?

I'm helping an elderly neighbour who is interested in getting a Ring alarm system. They already have a Ring doorbell and security cameras and manages them under their Protect Plus plan.The problem is that she's not very dexterous and forgetful so she needs help from her neighbours. The best solution we can think of is to be able to remotely turn on her alarm for her. Can this be done with the Ring Alarm?
