Purchased / installed a Ring Alarm system Generation 2 from Amazon in July 2020.4 contact sensors, 1 PIR, Keypad, repeater and hub.Keypad powered 24/7.Hub Ethernet / powered 24/7.End of April 2021 all batteries on contact sensors were indicating that they needed to be replaced. One contact sensor went dead. PIR sensor showed that it needed a battery replacement.Replaced all batteries. Today May 9, 2021 all contact sensors are showing 100% and PIR is showing 85% with new batteries. as of end of April 2021.Should I request a replacement of all contact sensors / PIR as they are less than one year old and I was assuming that I would get more than a year on the batteries?I come from a world of wired sensors / alarm panel.
