Assign Name to Notifications?
WHen our famiy arms or disarms Ring Alarm through the app, we get message below as a text alert. The alerts indicate "from app by null null". I assume there is a way to assign names to replace the "null null". Can anyone advise? Example below. Thanks! Ring Alarm in (my city) changed to Disarmed at 04/06/20 11:15 PM from app by null null

Glad you asked @EdW8! This can be changed in the Ring app. To do so log in, open the main menu, select "account settings", and change your name. Assigning [users and roles](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005072983-Controlling-the-Ring-Alarm-With-Users-and-Roles) will help to add family members as well. I hope this helps! :)
