Alarm triggering for no reason

All my motion sensors are set to low as I have multiple cats in the house and we’ve never had an issue before but every time the alarm has been set in the last week it has triggered saying motion detected. The battery is apparently fine according to the app and the sensor has always been in the location and only now we seem to be getting issues. Any ideas what I can try short of replacing the sensor all together which I’m loathed to do. The whole system is only about 3 years old.
