1st Gen Alarm keypad

Is anyone having issues with charging the 1st gen keypad? I have tried every adapter I have and it is still not charging.

If you have tried charged the Keypad but to no avail, even with other chargers, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406).
